okay i have a Question are you born with powers or not if so how can you tell if you have them? 13 months ago

i think i can control people and also i can talk to trees or control the wind [one of those], lemme start from the beginning. i was a fraternal twin. he died before we were born. but the weird thing is i knew about him before my mom even told me about him. i use to talk to a boy who looked just like me when i could start talking. i would even get calls from voices that sounded familiar to me like my mom and tata [grandfather]. i use to get jumped on my back at night but nothing and i use to be followed by shadows. one night a shaky figure tried to grab me but i ran to my mom for help. she use to see things when she was little. when i was about ten i use to talk to trees, at least they’d move when i would want them to, id talk to them and get answers. am i crazy, also i think i can suggest thoughts into peoples minds. almost like controlling them but i cant really control them. throughout my middle school carrer i always wanted people to love me so i think i am subconsciously getting people to want me… at first i loved it. it escalated in high school and it got bad, everyone i talked to got to clingy and it only got bad when i looked at them in the eye and only really looked at them. i could get people to do things when i want them to. and trust me im not popular i usually keep to myself. you all probably think im crazy but i know i can do things. i see ghosts, my brother mostly, i can also control trees or the wind. first my palms feel really warm then all of a sudden i think im controlling the wind.i also know how i died in my first life, i fainted in my room and saw a figure in a shiny metal suit decapitate me, well it wasn’t a faint it felt more like someone pushed me down i landed on my bed and felt lightheaded and saw everything. it was amazing well thats what i got, please help me, some advice, some clarifying please… 22 months ago
