I just told my WiiFit that I want to lose 5 lbs in two weeks. Really I wouldn’t mind if it were three weeks, but a month is too long. (WiiFit only lets you calibrate the goal function in 2-week amounts.)
Part of this is also training for going to Cedar Point with a wiry, energetic person who I want to keep up with ;) The more I can keep up with him, the more weight I will lose this trip. (I lost 2lbs at Cedar Point with Andy last year.)

I started Weight Watchers 6 weeks ago. I have lost 5.6 lbs. so far, but another 15 would be great! I am staying on track by writing down everything… it keeps me honest!

I recently was able to lose 15 lbs. I have maintined the weight off. Now i’d like to lose another 15. That would be awesome. I was thinking of hiring a Personal Trainer at this point to tone the body. Any body have any suggestions?
