Lisa and I decided to start playing handball after we finish our theoretical driving lessing as all our friends are playing it too…
I’m a little nervous cause I know it doesn’t really suit me. I have no stamina AT ALL. But I will try to use this oppurtunity to get fit. I used my asthma (which I don’t really have anymore) as an excuse way too long…

I may not be doing the situps, but I am running on a regular basis which was something else that I had planned on doing.

I’m on a quest to do 500 situps within 10 to 12 minutes, nonstop like I used to be able to do in High School.

I guess I have always workout in one form another, but I really want to lift weights and run more. I do not see this goal as being difficult for me, but I am always a little nervous trying somehting new(but, then again who isn’t?)I guess I am just new to lifting weights, but I have a plan so I’m all set!
