    A good week 2 years ago

    I’ve had a pretty good week on this goal. It worked for me Monday to Thursday, and then a blowout on Friday. Much better average than usual.

    Some part of the secret is to be able to open the cupboard, look in, and say to oneself “Am I hungry” before reaching for that tasty snack!!

    I really suck at this. I eat when im bored, anxious, when other people ask if I want too, and JUST because I want a yummy taste in my mouth. I bet this PACKS on the pounds.. does anyone have any tips? Gum? Slapping myself?
