In 2006 I lost 31 lbs. I still feel overweight. Perhaps it is a psychological thing, but I want to be fit and in amazing shape. I’m 154 now. I’m planning on doing quite a bit of cycling next year, so my goal is to get myself into a very lean shape for that, as weight is the enemy of the bike. I don’t want to be too skinny though, so I’m going to try to put on some decent upper body muscles too.
Its time to start working out again. Then again there’s always the hordes of people working out for a new years resolution that mysteriously disappear in a week or two. heh. Don’t be one of them.. if it is your resolution to lose weight.. pull through :-)

I’m down to my lowest yet, 164. My goal is to get to 155 then to gain the weight back in muscle. Give me two weeks for stage one.. :D

to get back on this. I’ve leveled out for a bit, mostly because I haven’t had time to get to the gym because of heavy schoolwork. Tomorrow night I go again. I’ll have plenty of time for this next week too.

So I cut down my diet. A lot. I weighed about 178 a little over a week ago, and now I’m about 173. I’ve been eating about 1500 calories a day give or take and working out for about an hour every day or every other day (atleast 5 times a week). I found out that this is a bad thing? That I should only be burning 500 less than my body burns? Bummer. I could have been down to size in no time. This really has shown me quite a bit about my will power though.
