well I suppose it would be nice to get rich. By the time i am finished with my master’s I should have a starting salary round 130 grand. Which will not be bad for a twenty something year old. After that,, Harvard Law here we come!

This seems like a logical goal for me to put in my list. I really enjoy my stock market investing and if became wealthy or at least made a lot more money it will enable me to retire early and do things that I wish to do. I will add further more details to this goal in coming days and weeks (13/10/09).

What "rich"/being rich means to me

Having enough money from product sales and in residuals to cover all our basic living expenses without needing to bring in any additional income. Being well paid to do the work I love. Having enough money to buy a home and some land and to travel. Having enough money to take care of our parents and family to the greatest extent possible. Having enough money to adequately provide for our children and grandchildren in the years to come and after we are gone. Having enough to be able to give lavishly to charities and not-for-profits. Having enough to be able to fund our future not-for-profits, start-ups, and artistic pursuits. Being able to indulge in some areas while still knowing there’s enough money left to share with others. Being able to fund possible solutions to the world’s problems (for example, being able to invest in socially conscious start-ups and in energy efficiency, sponsoring research, providing scholarships, being able to afford the more ecologically sound product every time I shop…). Having enough money to be able to make a positive impact in the world and in my own life when I spend it. Having enough money to never have to worry about having our needs and our future children’s needs met.
