How I did it: Got some napkins, broke them out at first opportunity.
I have about 7 now, I think i need more like 21. I figure if I wash them once a week, I'll have them for 2 meals a day and my bf will probably only use them for one meal a day. So I'll probably make a few dozen more. Read how I did it… 2 years ago

How I did it: I got my cloth napkins at Kohl's, 80% off. So I paid between 79 cents and $1.29 each for good quality napkins. Quite economical when compared to buying paper napkins and better for the earth, too. I am looking forward to using them as soon as the paper napkins run out. Read how I did it… 2 years ago

My paper-towel-addicted boyfriend is on board, so now I just need to get or make some. We can wash them with the dish rags and dust rags and other assorted household laundry if we don’t want to get food dirt on our clothes, so that’ll work out I think.
Edit: I think I’ll make them. More variety, less expensive… all around the better option. COtton or linen. 2 years ago

The past two weeks I’ve been rolling my fork and spoon into a cloth napkin and using it during lunch. I don’t know why I didn’t think of this sooner. I have a set of cloth napkins from my grandma, so there are plenty to use one each day. At the end of the week I wash them with the kitchen towels. 2 years ago
