Easy solution = I cancelled my broadband. :P
I can check emails on my laptop at work etc. so I can now technically mark this as done. :P
How I did it: After a load of procrastination I decided that if I tackled the solution at it's source then I would no longer procrastinate online. So although drastic I cancelled my broadband subscription. Jobs a good un. :P

...I don’t even think I need to explain this one. I don’t really do much on the internet but always end up for a couple of hours a day XD

I’m getting there.
I took on a new part time job which involves me getting up early on a morning so I can’t get up whenever I want anymore and just sit there in my pj’s whilst I “check my email” only to find myself still there hours later. I’m only allowing myself an hour or so on an evening. When it gets to the point where I can happily spend a few days off it on a regular basis then I’m marking this as done.

Normally what happens is I turn on my computer which is connected to the wifi in my flat automatically just to check the day’s task’s on iCal and then I check my email and before I know I’ve wasted 3 hours. :|
So I’ve printed off my weekly tasks from my iCal to keep in my organiser and instead will leave my computer turned off. :P
Hopefully this will help. :)
morning – keep to an hour. afternoon – 1/2hour.
manipulating photos – only one per day.
ouch. i can do it though. i need to do it. i am definitely addicted…
i dont even want to say here how much time i spend online, its that embarassing. i wouldn’t consider it a waste of time…its just that i am not getting some things done that need to take priority.
Because i always end up clicking around random sites getting bored. Or getting jealous of pretty people with nice hair on MySpace. :|
