I attended the advanced class yesterday. It was humbling as I realized that my basics must be better. I plan to spar in Quincy tonight. Hope Mr. Kim lets me test this time.

Last week I attended the advanced class on Monday at Boston. On Tuesday, I attended the sparring class and on Wednesday I attended the endurance class in Quincy.
Unfortunately I missed Sparring, thanks to the snow storm. This was a major setback, considering that the exam is not too far away.
Had to take all of last week off because of a damn flu. However, attended the advanced BB class in Boston. Mr. Kim’s classes are always awesome.. and humbling. Anyway, it was good to be back.
Unfortunately could not make it to Friday’s class. However I went swimming today.Did 60 laps.Thats 5 days of working out this week.

On Tuesday, I attended the light sparring class. There was no one my size and thus ended up doing drills with the instructor, Ellis.
This was a great workout and learned a few more techniques.On wed, we did a few drills and Luke gave me a few pointers.
Moving along… slowly.
Attended Monday class at Boston. I was surprised Mr. Kim taught the basics like the front, side, turning-side kicks. It was humbling because I felt I had mastered the kicks but Mr Kim pointed out that there was still much to learn.Had a good partner to practice with. I plan on attending the Sparring class at Quincy Today,
Attended 2 more classes this week to complete three workouts this week. However, felt weak on Friday and so skipped the Friday night class. Decided I’d rest this weekend out to make it next week with renewed energy.
With two more kups to go, I’m currently on plan to achieve this goal by the end of ‘08.
