Got down from 117 to 84 then went back up to 90 and have been there for.. 6 months now. Have just moved interstate and am getting a bit more hardcore about my fitness while I am here, so we will see, maybe I’ll sink back down to 85 again. But to be realistic, I was riding my bike every day (no car), eating very well and going to the gym 5 times a week, and I got to 85 and peaked. Maybe my body is not meant to be 80kg.

Going to really cut back on food this week and see if I can definitively make it into the low 90s. That’ll be quite an improvement (to my self-esteem if nothing else). Inaugurated this plan by having way too little pizza. I will be hungry tomorrow morning, but hopefully it will be a good start.
I’ve been 84-85 kg for about six months now. I’m almost 6ft and I think my body is happy here. I’d be happy to concede that 84 is the ideal weight for me. Considering I started at 114 that’s not bad. But I’m not quite giving up yet.

When I went for this goal I was 90kg and now on the scales this morning I was 84.4. I anticipate it’ll be another month or two but it’s so close!! When I’m 79 I will be pretty happy.
I weighed myself this morning and I was 79.8kg. I don’t remember the last time I weighed less than 80kg. I don’t think I have in my entire adult life.
This is pretty exciting.

Not too bad, and I think I’ve gained muscle like crazy. Plus a lot of that would have been water weight, so I’m not too fussed that it’s only a 1/2 kg loss.
