..well, almost..
During my recent trip to Singapore, I finally bought a new mobile phone. Which also means I’m saying goodbye to the iPhone goal for now (sorry Snowstar!).
I opted for the new Nokia E65. It’s not even in KL yet.. yeah, it’s that new! Cost me around USD400+ . I’m excited beyond words! In a nutshell.. Symbian OS smartphone, 2 megapixel camera with a 16 million colour display, came with free 1GB MicroSD card, Wifi, Bluetooth, Infrared, a whole bunch of apps I’m yet to work out, a slider phone with a nice black & silver finishing. The speaker isn’t so great but I doubt I’ll listen to much music on it. You can check out all other bells and whistles here..
I didn’t realize a tech gadget can make me this happy.. :)

is coming apart, almost literally. The rubber grip is so worn out I’m thinking of ripping it all off. Despite that, it’s still good for calls and text messages. Plus if I get one now, it won’t be the heavenly iPhone, may have to settle for something else instead.
If no word comes out by mid-year regarding the iPhone launch here, I may have to retire this goal. But at least, I’ll have enough funds to buy a decent one by then.

so that I can afford this baby when it hits these shores. I’m so glad I didn’t give in to temptation and bought some other phone. This is THE definitive phone to own, I don’t care for an iPod but I’ll go hungry just so I can afford this heavenly creation.
