How I did it: I bought pre-made postcards and painted pictures on the fronts and white-outed the backs. I put white-out as a primer on the front - and then painted whatever I thought suited the secret in question. Then I sealed it with .. believe it or not, clear nail polish. Waited for it to dry before --- I put white-out on the address side to get rid of description from the postcard's previous incarnation and waited for that to dry before I addresse… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I like PostSecret not because I like to pry on other people's lives but because I feel a bit more welcome in the world when I read their confessions, pains, and cries for help. I needed to cry for help too, and for this, I had to share. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Took a flyer/postcard from my walk around town, which had a relevant image on it. Wrote my secret, stamped it, sent it off. Just go for it, really :) And don't mind if it's not published on the site.. it's just fun sending one off. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was really scared that people would see it or that I would have to explain myself, but I think that was kind of the point (for me at least). As soon as I put it on paper and appreciated those feelings, I was able to share them with others. I have now told my best friend about it and I feel so much better getting it off my chest. you don’t know how hard it was not to brag about this for a whole week – i wanted to make sure it was off the site before I told haha. it will remain a secret!
PhoenixTail feels like progress.
I made one, but I didn’t send it. I was way too nervous. :( Plus, I didn’t get any stamps. I actually threw my secret in the trash. I failed, but I’ll buy a packet of blank post cards next time I get money.

It was actually very liberating to share the secret.

Now it’s just to send it this evening on our walk through the woods in the dark. (There is, strangely enough, a mailbox in the MIDDLE of the woods outside Stockholm. I wonder if anyone but us ever uses it. Seems kind-of a random place to place a mailbox.)
Melissa B. is a "Newness-seeking Self-improving Tree Hugger" . . . or is she? :)
I spent a good portion of this morning making my PostSecret postcard. I worded the secret, planned where/how to write it onto the card, arted and personalized the card, addressed it, stamped it . . .
Now all that is left is to mail it. I usually send out-going mail via my home mailbox, but in this case, I feel the need to make a trip to my local post office. It is close enough that I can walk there if I have to.

I have a postcard, and I have the perfect secret, and I’ve finally located a mailbox on campus. Huzzah! This will happen soon, I say. Give it a week. I’m excited to decorate the postcard. =]
Well, I’ve prepared one postcard. I promised myself to mail it tomorrow. I just hope it will reach PostSecret, because I’m on the other side of the world xDD
[I wrote it on the back of the postcard, too xD]
I hope it will show up on the main website. Well, it probably won’t… but… who knows…

I keep getting ideas, but I haven’t done anything about it. It’s either sh#t-or-get-off-the-pot time.
I didn’t send a postcard to Postsecret, but I posted quite an embarrassing secret on one of those ‘secret-communities’ on LiveJournal…
I’ll probably get a certain amount of ridicule [?] – or maybe not… but I still felt kind of… I don’t know… relieved?
...anyways, this one will definitely be posted, whereas Postsecret might not post the one I’m going to send to them.
