I might be better off finishing my iron tablets (and anything else I have lying around) first so I build up my iron stores and am no longer anaemic. I have enough to take me up to the new year, and then I can go onto multivits & mins so i can build up everything else Im probably lacking. Theres no point buying vitamins without iron if I then have to stock those up and zinc etc afterwards
Plus I think I’ll manage better with one tablet for everything rather then several different ones.

I think I’m deficient in something. I think it may be zinc. But I cant be sure.
So Im going to challenging myself to take my supplements everyday for 3 months and see if i notice any changes. I have iron tablets already, I just have to buy 90 tab bottles of multivits and zinc.
When theyre empty I’ll know ive succeeded!
