Took my vitamin.

How I did it: I purchased a large size 7-day pill box. Put all of the vitamins I take everyday in each box and carry them with me. I take them with my meals. Read how I did it…

How I did it: to be honest, out of vanity! my skin stresses me out so much and i see so much improvement when i take vitamins/supplements, especially zinc. to not have my skin freak out as much is incentive enough for me! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I hate taking pills. Especially giant horse pill bad tasting vitamins. Chewable ones are okay. Adult ones are mostly orange flavored and not awesome. Flintstones are good but then you are left with a bottle of orange. Drinkable vitamins are TERRIBLE. DO NOT try them. Seriously. Gummy vitamins are the answer. They just taste like fruit snacks. Actually, they are better than most. Costco's brand is best. They are for adults, too! They're so… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have suffered from clinical depression for years. I hit rock bottom about 10 weeks ago, and that was when the idea of supplementing my antidepressants with vitamins occurred to me. It was, easily, one of the best decisions I've ever made. Vitamins cannot cure depression, but they sure do help. They also help with skin, hair, digestion, bone health---they cover everything. Multivitamins are an excellent choice as well—with so many option… Read how I did it…

How I did it: Simple. I bought vitamins and put them on my bathroom counter, right in the middle, annoyingly in the way, so that I couldn't avoid them. Impossible to forget. I wouldn't call it a habit yet, but I'm well on my way to creating a habit, at which time I'm comfortable that I can get those things off the middle of my counter and back into the cupboard. i have the vitamins.. when i finish a whole bottle i will consider this done.. i still dont take them though
Okay so I never really take vitamins consistently because you need to take them on a full stomach. This issue WAS that I never ate breakfast so I decided to take them at dinner. But with dinner there is always a lot going on and by the time its over I forget to take them, and then when I went to college my dinner plans were inconsistent at best. So now, I’ve finally agreed that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I’m getting with the program and I eat breakfast every day.
With that, I also take my vitamins. The way that I make sure I don’t forget is by taking my birth control at the same time. Since I have to take that everyday and I seldom forget it has made it much easier to remember to take my vitamins. I put them together so they’re hard to miss.
I realize that this is not fool proof. Sometimes I’m in a rush so I take my BC on the run, since it can be taken on an empty stomach. I’m forced to not take the multivitamin because it will make me sick. A way that I combat this is by taking a few pills from the bottle and putting them in my purse so that whenever I eat, I will always have them. The only drawbacks to that are making sure I have them when I change purses and what to do when I don’t bring a purse.
All in all, there is no sure fire method thats going to work for me but there are things I can do to make it harder to forget to do. If I miss a day, I miss a day. The key is to not let a day turn into a week, a week into a month, etc.
I bought one of those pill organizer things… and i have only skipped a few days … but i think i can get myself on a routine now to do this because i have a bunch of supplements i ordered from online to take to help my metabolism, my nails, weight loss, and a tri fiber supplement.. plus i’m getting my multivitamins in all that too… makes me feel like a pill popper but it gives me energy and it will hopefully help me complete two of my other goals : healthy, strong nails and loose a little bit of weight… tata for now!
