...it’s soooooooooo difficult!
The problem is that I usually work until 8.30 or 9 pm, so the first thing I do when I finally get home is put something in the pie hole :))
And then I feel like a have rocks in my stomach :(

I’ve decided to eat after 8.pm if i want. I don’t care any more cause i workout alot and i haven’t put any weight on since going back to eating after 8.pm. Usually it will be small meal and a snack after 8.pm or a bigger meal.

I don’t eat after 7 (this was my best choice of group) but I am aware that when you sleep, its the period of time when your body regenerates and repairs itself. I was wondering if it is worth eating protein rich green vegetables (lentils) at around 8 or later as I don’t have to worry about fat (they’re veggies), I excersise reasonably (twice a day jogging) and as a result of excersise (breaking down muscle), I need proteins to rebuild my body at night (which is restoration peak time and growth period).

I want to do this most days. But i’m a night person and up till 3.am at night usually so it’s hard. But i try to have dinner at 7 or 8. When i have it at 8 i eat half then end up eating the rest later like at 10ish. Then i might have a snack before bedtime.

Wondering though there are certain foods that are bad after 8.pm so this depends. Up to now i have lost 2 stone and a half but i want to lose another or half a stone. I’m a UK size 10 and 8 now.

I pretty much cheated today and ate a whole bunch after 8! But I will try again tomorrow! lol

I used to not eat after 8 along time ago but then i started again and i want to stop doing that starting with tonight!
