I needed to make a difference….I’ve been a Mortgage Banker for several years now…I desire a change. I started my own Financial Advisement / Real Estate Business…First Look Financial Services. For the Real Estate part I was blessed to become an Executive Assistant for a Real Estate Investor who has been in the business for a while. I will use what I’ve learned from him as well as my own research and hands on projects to be able to work on my own.

I’ve reached out and contacted the bank where I have my loan through and left a message for the loan officer, I would like to apply for another loan for a multi unit apartment building, I’ve also called my real estate agent to see who she can reccomend to help me with financing. I’m calling around now. wish me luck.

I bought my own home, it’s a three bedroom 2 bath in the historic part of town. it’s beautiful and I love it.

I have been selling real estate for about ten years. I see so many people getting rich by buying properties to either rent or flip. I see no reason why I can’t do the same thing. Being a realtor sucks and I would rather have control of my own future instead of helping everyone else get rich. Don’t get me wrong, I like helping people but I need to take care of myself and my kids.

my husband is a contractor. i am a designer. i think thats the perfect team for buying cheap houses and fixing them up for profit. i’m going to start in oregon. i cant wait!

So… looking for land.

I have crappy credit but want to know how I can finance things like Trailer Parks, Mobile Home communities, Multi-Family Properties. I know there has to be a way since they are income producing properties and there must be a way to make it appealing for the current owner to want to sell to me. How can I give them what they want and get what I need to make money off of the property?

I am a real estate agent, first thing you need to do is find a good agent who can help you find the right properties. Most people think they can save more money by not using an agent. Not true, buyers agents get paid by the seller! Next find a lender (Mortgage Company) that you can trust. Best if provided by real estate agent (Safest way to go). Whatever you do don’t get a loan online (nothing but trouble). Make sure you meet face to face! Very important to build trust. Decide if you want to buy properties to own and rent out or to buy fix up and sell for a profit (Flipping). I suggest a bit of both. When flipping a house be sure to budget and make sure you can make a profit off of the flip. If you need help finding an agent let me know and I will find you a good one. Also if you plan on being a serious investor in real estate, I suggest getting your real estate license. Even if you do not work as a realtor you can make money off referrals. For instance if I were to refer you to an agent I could ask the agent I refer you to, to pay me a referral fee of about 30 % of their commision. So if you buy and sell alot you can acctually refer yourself to an agent and get some money back from their commisions. Hope this helps you can good luck!
