go to the dentist for my long overdue dental checkup

Nothing had to be done. I was so relieved…
Now the next appointment will be in half a year again.

Well, I’m not really glad actually. It’ll be horrible in fact. But I’m glad the first step has been made to get rid of this goal…

I gotta go back to have fillings for my molar.. so not looking forward to that, but I really need to take better care of my dental health. I realize that the less I go, the scarier it becomes and the more painful it gets when I eventually go.. like what happened today. I was wincing in pain the whole time. Spat out blood by the mouthful.. or so it seems. Yes, I exaggerate but now my whole mouth feels sore.

Worth it.. but not exactly my most favourite goal.

I gotta remember to make a note for this in my phone calendar. Else I’ll never get this done!
