one of my Jujitsu coaches suggested a diet her son uses when attempting to “make weight” before a fight.
simply: fruit only.
at frequent intervals.
your body is not malnourished, so you still have energy
your teeth just crave crunchiness
and no salt!
this is my third day
(though i broke it at dinner last night, my Judo partner took me out and i get a GardenBurger)
i will weigh myself tomorrow when i visit my Mom (she has a scale) and i’ll see if i’ve made any progress at all….
i’m hoping to drop even extra lbs so i can go back to eating normally before i ship out.
my Jujitsu coach says her son would drop 8 lbs in 3 days.
i’m aware that everyone’s body works differently
she suggest 4 days for females
and since i’m PMing, we tacked on a fifth day to counter alittle of that potential water weight gain i may get.
