I’ve been going 3 times a week since my last entry. Not doing it every time at 6am – but making sure I schedule it in. Also have made it a part of my training for the triathlon on Nov 22nd.

Well I didn’t get up at the time I said I would. BUT … fortunately i could still make it to the gym today. AND I did this 20 exercise challenge, and did it in 43mins (I think) as opposed to 48mins in May. So even with 2 weeks away, I’m doing okay. Onwards!
But you already do don't you?

Well yes I do go to the gym. But recently I lost the habit, so I thought I’d put it on the list, because clearly its something that I need to pay some attention to ongoingly – for the moment anyway.
So … what would be the most fun way to approach this?- 3 regular days? NO.
- Do a regular class? NO.
- Once a week plan out the gym days? NO.
Assume I will go every weekday at 6am! YES. And allow this to be interrupted on 2 days maximum.
Great … so get up at 5:25am (alarm at 5:20am). Bed between 9pm – 10pm YAY!
