How I did it: I asked the OH to find a tree for me to climb. This was own of my resolutions last year and, even though I've lived in a forest most of my life, I've never actually climbed a tree. at work they have a new 12’ step ladder so people can reach into the highest shelving units to get products.

i’ve started climbing to the top of it so i can get used to the height. boy was it scary, i had to squat down as i climbed higher so i wouldn’t freak out when i got to the top the first couple of times.

now i can stay at the top easily(standing up, too!). 13 months ago
