..but not eating rice made me feel lighter somehow, less prone to that heavy “bloaty” feeling. And I didn’t feel that much hungry either, craved less for junk/sweet cravings. Definitely a worthy goal, I’d do this again soon.

I lost about 1 kilo, not much I know. The plan is to lose weight slowly and keep it off. No over-eating during weekends, no going crazy over comfort food. And stop eating once I’ve had enough.
I’m not sure if this is related, I eat much less and I push away my plate with food still on it. I know it’s wasteful of me, but I can’t bear to eat more than I need.
I’m yet to eat the brown rice I bought, maybe this weekend.
and I bought some brown rice too! Since it was highly recommended by a lot of people, I figured I’ll give it a try. It’s not as expensive as I thought and true enough it has less carb and more protein compared to white rice. But even if I eat brown rice, it’ll be violating this goal right.. Think I’ll postpone the brown rice until end of the week.
..that not eating rice was one of the fastest way to lose weight. I believe this to be true, but will require other types of food intake to be in controlled portions & interval as well. Unfortunately, I’m a big fan of bread. Doubt I can stay away from it, it’s the only thing I have for breakfast these days. Despite this, I believe this goal should be worthy all the same. Must remember to jot down my current weight for reference so that I can compare it with my future (hopefully lesser!) weight seven days from now.
