43 Drawing Game...

right! this SO needs reviving, so here we go..

one self portrait :) (as i haven’t done one so far—or ever!)

It was fun, I didn’t have to do brilliant pieces of Art for a gallery, just little drawings (not that I wouldn’t like to be able to draw better!). Just felt like being a bit creative – for the first time in awhile, so I did the topics I hadn’t done back when they were set, and now I’ve done them all.

It’s actually just a house, but what I did was write some things I’d like in the house on the windows. I don’t really know if I have a dream home, and I actually like where I live (I have lived here since I was 5, and I’m 20 now). Although, with the things I’ve written – a swimming pool, a games room/arcade type thing – well, those are 2 things I’ve liked (and I guess wanted in a ‘dream house’ – mansion!) since I was a kid. Music room, another thing I’ve always liked (music) – could have lots of different instruments and lots of CDs. I added comedy room ‘cause I thought of another thing I like, comedy, and thought you could just go in a room and there’d be comedy DVDs, maybe other comedy things like funny quotes on the wall or whatever (a comedy room was just a thing I thought up just now to fill another of the windows up) – actually, what would be cool is if you could hire comedians to do stand up in that room (Noel Fielding/The Mighty Boosh #1 on the list!).

This seemed too hard, as people are one of the hardest things to draw (especially if it’s supposed to look like someone) – but I figured out how I could do it… the thing that makes it me is the t-shirt, and the shoes – converse shoes, Nine Black Alps t-shirt (one of my favourite bands) It’s just a rough thing, the t-shirt isn’t just writing it has a drawing on it too, and my converse have flames on, these are just a star and converse written on, but you get the idea.

Drew the beach, going to the beach is fun.

Sadly I haven’t been this “Summer” – some Summer we’ve had… a couple warm and sunny days, but apart from that – too much rain (even to the extent of flooding sometimes).

It’s just the word goals (colourful), it’s easier than trying to draw anything in particular – plus it makes it more open, could be any goals – and the stars is like “reaching for the stars”.

I obviously haven’t done this for ages. I suppose because I thought the topics seemed quite hard, because even though I like art, being creative etc… I’m not the best at drawing, even though I like drawing, but I figured – I should just do whatever, it doesn’t have to be really good, if it’s fun to do then – I’ll do it anyway.

well, it’s been some time, but i’m back with my dream home.
it’s not really my dream home, but i was in a horrible mood the other day and wanted to be on my own so i drew this…

because I really want a new assignment!

Love is for fairy tales. So, I drew a picture of a red head princess in a yellow gown lying on thick green grass and all her night in shining armor leaves her is a rose. So, she just lys on the grass for a long time as the stars come out. And then she turns into a runaway princess and runs to a different kingdom to find her prince. Ta-da. i used my imagination. ;-)

But seriously, this photo turned out bad because of the lighting, the picture itself is good, from my opinion.
