How I did it: I was on spring break and I said to myself that I would walk her everyday that week and then I just kept it up every week after that. It was not that hard because I love walking anyway so it was really fun. And we have this field we go walking to and she can now run out about without a leash so we get some much needed exercise and have a great time aswell. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Bascially I bought a dog for the pleasure factor of owning an animal but also to improve my exercise routine. So I walk my dog at least once a day and we generally managed 2 miles before she crashes. It has made our bond better and she now views me as the pack leader. Read how I did it…
EddieCG is updating her things, which she hasn't done in months.
How I did it: i own a weimaraner who needs a ton of exercise. i ended up buying a bike and finding a near-by place to take him. i would bike and he would just run like crazy. he loved it! Read how I did it…

I will walk Buddy at least for 10 minutes everyday.
xmyheart is going to be an aunt!!!
My pup is Coco. She’s a mini schnauzer, a year old. At first I used to walk her all the time. But the past few months I have gotten lazy and haven’t been walking her as much as I should. I know she’d love it if I walked her more. I’m going to make it my goal to walk her more and I will track my progress here!
took the pup out for a frisbee day! we we’re out for a couple of hours and russell loved every minute of it.

Ok…so call it cheating…but I have found a possible solution for my dog….
my son who is also very high energy has taken to walking her the past few days, and the poor ol’ doggie is suddenly going for between 2 to 4 walks around a large block per day. It is a good relationship. If it keeps up, I just may cross this one off my list!
and i went to the dog park! we spent 2 hours at the park and Russell loved every moment of it.
i love that crazy four legged guy :)
yesterday when i finally got home i knew i needed to walk the pup. usually when i’ve had a long day i just let him go out on the patio. i had so much stuff consuming my thoughts i figured it would be perfect for me to take him on a walk and attempt to clear my mind. we ended up going on a 45 minute walk around the neighborhood, i was able to think and he was able to get rid of some pinned up energy.
i really need to stick with this goal! just because i’ve had a long day doesn’t mean i cant set aside another 30-45 minutes to walk him out.
in the end we both benefit.

Since I put this goal up on here, I’ve walked the dog almost every day.
Wooo!
the first day i posted this goal I cut my work out at the gym a little short so that i would be able to have some energy left over to exercise my pup. i went home picked him up and went to a business parking lot across the street that was pretty vacant for the evening and busted out the good ol’ roller blades! yeah my boyfriend says there corny, but i love them! russell loves them too, he was having the best time and so was i. i’m really glad i set aside thirty minutes for my pup! i’m going to keep this one up for the dogs sake and my own!

I’m always scolded by my dad for not walking my dog,Zooey everyday.
I mean,the dog’s stubborn!I just hope I can train my dog better.
She’s a nice but playful dog. She’s restless. She bit me once.
Oh,she’s crazy like me!
