visit my friend in Massachusetts

in upstate Massachusetts, chillin’ in the house with my friend while it snowed and catching up. We also took a trip to Salem, saw the Witch Museum and toured the Friendship boat and customs house. There was way too much to see there and too little time. I’ll have to go back someday…

I’ll be by her by the morning! Wish me a safe flight!

Got out the suitcase today from storage, and loaded the iPod with tunes that aren’t christmas songs.

for the time off! Now I just have to make the arrangements.

that the new calendar is not yet available for making vacation requests and that they only come out every 6 months, otherwise “some people would be requesting vacation all the time.” Um, hello, but isn’t that why we accrue vacation hours – to use them? It seems to me that if no one has asked off for a particular time and you have the hours to spend, you should be able to use them!

for time off today. I hope they give it to me, so I can go visit in January!
