Reach Out

I have finally come to the point in my life when I want to help others around me. To truly be there for them in their time of need. I want to reach out to these hurting and lost people. I am watching everyone around me fall apart and I, for once, am doing fairly good. I know I won’t always be in this kind of shape, and so I would like to take advantage of my condition and reach out to not only help myself, but help others… ya know I think that’s what they call relationships?? ^_

I have a B.S. degree in Computer Science, 6 years professional experience in the field, and the MCSD certification in Visual Studio .NET C#. The end result is loss of job, home, and a grim realization that my career is now nearly dead after years of trying to get back in after a layoff. The 4 year span between my layoff and today has taken a toll on me such that I do not know if I have the strength to get another career going. I am going to have to reach out to a friend or two as I am desparate for support and help in putting together a plan.
