I have just finished reading “The pilgrimage” book today and I would never ever get tired of re-reading this magnificent masterpiece wonderful book, this man is driving me crazy now I am madly in love with Paulo Coelho more than ever before!
He talked about the pilgrimage that he has taken inorder to find his missing sword, and the wisdom that was manefisted to him along the road to Santiago. The good fight, the fight that is fought in the name of our dreams and why we were afraid to fulfill our “childish” dreams.
This book is full of wisdom and inspiration. 5/5 !! 2 months ago

Forgot to mention that i have also done reading “Like the flowing river”. My father bought it for me when he was traveling from Oman to Sudan, he stopped at Qatar airport and found it there.
I loved “Like the flowing river” :D
It contains many different unrelated stories. It is good for beginner readers who cant get along with long novels. 7 months ago

I’ve been collecting Paulo Coelho’s novels ever since I read THE ALCHEMIST in my first year in High School. However, though I have his books, I never had the time to read. So, my books had been left in my shelf, waiting for me to pick them up. 10 months ago

So I was reading a book for Paulo Coelho called “The Valkeries”, ‘cause after reading his book “The Alchemist” I decided that I should read all of his remaining books. My father bought me “The Valkeries” from the book store of Qatar airport 7 months ago. I was busy reading other books; that is why I started reading it last month.
Honestly I did not like it. I reached page 102 and I was not enjoying it at all! I was afraid saying that in public ‘cause people would accuse me of not understanding the deep meaning of Paulo Coelho stories. I do love and respect the man, I adore his quotes and I always browse through his blog and I have read nine of his books. Three of them I did nt like: Aleph, Brida and The Valkeries.
I could nt come out with the message or the idea behind those novels! Actually only Brida is the novel. “The Valkeries” and “Aleph” are true stories happened in Paulo’s life. He was talking a lot about magic and traditions which I did not understand.
So I decided to stop reading Paulo’s book for awhile. The next book I am thinking about reading it is “The story of Edger Sawtelle”. I don’t know anything about this book, all I know is that Oprah has listed it in her book club. I found it in Dubai air port’s book store when I was going to Malaysia,KL 4 months ago and I bought it. 10 months ago

i was really glad finding that book in sharja air port when traveling in August 2011, I could nt believe my eyes!! coz it was really kinda hard to find paulo’s books in Sudan, and i have been asking many book sellers about them and the answer i used to hear was: “Who is paulo coelho?? ”, i was feeling upset whenever hearing that but never lose hope. There is a special relation between paulo coelho and I, no one could ever imagine how much i love and respect this man !! I believe that one day i will see him some where n talk 2 him _
The book is really great ! and next time i will try to use the “LOW OF ATTRACTION” to find ,ummmmmmmm, may be : “Brida” :)
