australia!
but a group of them, and I also chased them. All of this @ Matt’s place!
Zaleya is ecstatic my candidate won in a landslide!!
When I moved to Australia one of the first places I went to was an animal park. Emus, koalas, kangaroos, tasmanian devils, cockatoos, parrots… was extraordinary! However, at those parks they sell you a small paper bag of food to feed the animals with, and the animals see that bag and go crazy. Got bit on the back of my hand by a kangaroo! Just a lil nip really but it broke the skin. They should have a sign saying” Warning Mate, animals go crazy at the sight of food bag, consider yourself warned!” :-)I had a good time all in all tho.
Much more amazing is to see the packs of lazy lounging kangaroos out in the wilderness, the national parks. Wallabies used to come to our garden and raid it, wallabies are so cute too!
was amazing! I was hiking around the Olgas in the outback and I thought to myself “if this was Utah there would be a deer on that ledge”. Well, there was a kangaroo on that ledge! Too cool. The red kangaroos are huge. It was so exciting to see it jump around and feed on the vegetation.
not two . . .
not three . . .
but FOUR KANGAROOS!
My life is nearly complete.
In this city there is a zoo.
