:) i’m increasing my walking speed as i’ve adapted myself and can’t “feel the burn” like i used to. I’m also starting yoga at home. A friend of mine is getting me a book :)

Definately my stamina has improved greatly. Apart from speedwalking almost everyday for about 45 mins i’ve been jogging most of the usual walk :) – & slowly increasing the lengths i jog.
Toning has improved drastically from the last entry – the only part still not that toned up are the inner tighs – gotta start doing exercises for those as well! ;)

:) Speed walking at least 4 times a week has helped me tone my muscles a bit & also started doing 20 situps each evening :D Summer here i come!!

well if you want to become fit join a gym or join the army and get payed to get fit
I hired a personal trainer at my gym and have been working out regularly twice a week. He has helped me be more dedicated but I still can’t seem to make it that third time each week, no matter how good I feel when I am done working out.
I want to be more fit but im ready thin and i dont want to be more thin ,what am i do ??

I’d like to be more fit. I can’t seem to fit into my family. My sister is a twig, and my mom that used to be huge, is not a size seven. I’m not sure how to become at least more physicaly fit. My body doesn’t seem to want to, only my mind.
My weight is down after having my 3rd child, and I don’t need to lose anymore. I would love to be more fit by swimming, riding bikes, and working out. I don’t seem to have energy or stamina. I’d love to be as healthy as I can be.
I’ve given myself a goal to exercise everyday for at least 45 minutes. So far the motivation is there especially because of the kung fu classes. I have something to work towards. I used to go to the gym but then again I would always stop…no consistency. Hopefully Ill stick on this one.
