    I had to remind myself... 4 years ago

    ...that I was actually in the south Pacific, and actually snorkelling on the actual Great Barrier Reef! The water filters light, so the colors in the photos I took are muted, but with the colors of the tropical fish and the yellows, pinks, and greens of the coral, it really is another world. The word is overused, but the experience is awesome. Go.
