Find my birth family

I was adopted when I was only six months old. I am from Richmond, Virginia and my mother was 14 and my father was 16 years old. I was born in 1970 on November 27 and because Virginia was a “closed adoption state” at the time my records are not available, I don’t know what to do and now I am 38 years old and don’t want it to be too late before I find my family, my birth name is Earl, I don’t know my mother or father’s name. Now my adopted name is William, thanks for your encouragement.

I just found out that my mom was adopted (I’m 25 yrs old). So basically, I have no blood relation to my family. I want to know who my blood relation family is.

but now, I’d love to find my father’s side of the family, as apparently I have a half brother out there that was born at the same time as me. If you know a Richard (Ricardo) Ulloa in California, or his father (mine, too!) Lorenzo Ulloa, drop me a buzz!
