I am injured in such a way that one of my arms doesn’t work very well. Even worse- because of that I don’t use the arm as much as I could. That means it gets even weaker and less coordinated. Then I use it even less. It’s a vicious cycle that I need to break.
I’ve tried dribbling and bouncing and throwing and catching with the bad arm. That helps a lot when I do it consistently, but I don’t do it consistently.
It occurs to me that I want to try juggling. The handicap will make this even more of a stretch than it otherwise would be, but I’d like to try. 3 weeks ago

How I did it: I now know 'How to not drop/throw/toss juggling balls all over the room'. I can't say I'm very good at this. But I'm happy with what I've achieved. I practiced using potatoes because the balls that I used were quite light, and it became difficult to toss them along one trajectory and set a rhythm. The potatoes worked. It got a little messy though. I shall now go and dine on some well-juggled (and dropped, smashed and mashed) potatoes. Read how I did it… 4 weeks ago

I know that I have some pretty ones hidden in a box in the back room… somewhere!
My man is already very proficient at it so he can be my instructor! 1 month ago
