    Im planning to do this, this weekend. I wana do it Saturday as everyone will be out of the house so i can take my time with it and surprise my mum. (Hang on, does that count as a reason?)
    She loves lemon-drizzle cake so im gonna give that a bash…
    Note to self: Need to actually BUY ingredients.
