I’ve started by making my own veggie burgers. This has become a fun thing to do, because there are so many types of beans and grains that I’m discovering. Recently, I took the recipe for the Fava Bean Burger, which also contains chick peas and toasted walnuts, and used it in a spaghetti sauce for a meatless “meat sauce”. Having two to three vegetarian dinners during the week has been great. I feel less logi and blah. 12 months ago

food. so natural. So needed. I have been incorporating much more greens and fresh fruits into my daily diet. It has given me more energy. I get tired at night and I wake up early in the morning. So far so good. An apple for breakfast spinach salad and then fruit later in the evening. I make sure that I get those servings every day. 2 years ago
