Doveap had an epiphany
Since I’ve started this goal 3 months ago I have lost 12.5lbs. Normally I would say that I’ve had a slow start but since another one of my goals is to think positively, I will say I am very proud of my progress. Quick dramatic weight loss can’t be very healthy anyway. I am getting closer to my goal by not eating when bored or stressed, exercising at least 3x a week, following the South Beach Diet(most of the time)and making fitness bets with my boyfriend.

I used to be 115lbs 3 years ago but ever since I had a sit down job, I haven’t been able to exercise much. I’m doing the Wii Fit fitness plan. So far I’ve lost 5lbs.
well, my goal is to lose 5 lbs a month, so this goal could be doable in a year.
I have been reading the No Zone, No Beach No Nonsense diet. which is more general information. and I have a food log.
I just started my diet and exercise routine today so I hope all goes well.
