I’m planning to lose 10kg in 6 weeks by following a liquid protein diet (protidiet.com). Why? it is very strict but it works, protect your muscles (no yoyo effect) and its super fast.
I measure 1.72m and weight 69KG..goal max 60Kg by april 5th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’d actually like to lose more but as they say, ‘small steps’. I had a baby 6 months ago and that is some stubborn weight. So this is me..formalising it.
road2recovery is aiming high
ok well a 3 week goal of exercise and very healthy eating. i’m not going to weigh myself for this time but rather think of it as a lifestyle change instead of a “diet”.
so today is day 1 of the 3 weeks. i hope to loose maybe 4 or 5kgs in the 3 weeks but i gotta keep in mind i will also be developing muscle from exercise..

Well im starting today.. DAY 1 :)
feeling good so far. going for dinner with friends so just gonna have to have some self control…
10kgs should be a realistic goal. If I achieve that, I’ll do another 5 or 10 if needed.
