learn to poledance

I’ve been poledancing since I was 17 (I’m 25 now) and I would definately recommend it to others. It gives you more confidence and a killer body! I’ve just started poledance classes from home to spread the love! 10/10!

poledancing rocks it is so cool to be able to do these moves and it is so much fun.

Just got home from a pole-dancing class, so much fun! And it’s not as sleazy as it sounds, it’s a women-only class, and you stay fully dressed the whole time, we wore ordinary work-out clothes. I would definitely recommend trying it!

I was at a party, we were all talking about things we wanted to do…I, of course, brought up pole dancing. A friend asked if I was going to wait until I was too old to walk to actually do something about it. So the next day I purchased a pole and a video on pole dancing. I also hired an ex-stripper to come over once a week to help me out.

I now take a spin every morning and evening! I am not very goodyet, but I am also not in a club…just me and my pole having a good time!
