Basically, this is an attempt to try to control my panic attacks, since so far I’m not strong enough to reach out for help.
Do some sort of physical activity every day for at least 30 minutes
Eat regular meals
Learn relaxation techniques
Reduce my exposure to stress (ie. Eliminate people from my life who are not good for me)
Avoid caffeine
Get better at controlling my breathing
Reach out to more friends for help
Eat fewer junk foods, fast foods, fried stuffs, pastries, snack crackers, and chips.
Eat more fruits and vegetable
Make myself take my multi-vitamin every day
