i used to do 100 every morning and 100 before going to sleep. I had a car accident and ’’broke’, my sternum… can’t do it anymore 6 years ago
I like to find different ways to do my sit ups. That way I get them all done and I don’t even realize I’m doing them!
I do them on my bed. With my feet reaching the floor (i have a low bed)and I just sit up. Sometimes after a shower. Sometimes before my girls and I go out, I’ll just start doing them, and they look at me like I’m nuts!
I do the yoga style. Where you focus more on using your muscles to come down slowly, and I go up as fast as I need to. I remember watching a yoga program and the instructor kept saying “Reach, keep reaching for me!” So I always picture something and I reach for it (as I go down slowly)!
I have a trip to Puerto Rico in a week and a half so i’m going to be laying them on EXTRA hard! 7 years ago
How about build up to 50 :)
im currently doing 2 sets of 20… (every other day!)
maybe i’ll try doing it every day when i get up and
then move to 3 sets of 20 or 25. 8 years ago
