“It’s just…” “Seriously” “Actually..” “Totally” “For sure” Anything that states the entirety of a situation or topic. I also find myself using crutch phrases when trying to end my point.
It points out the fact that I’m repetitive with a lot of the points I make.
I don’t think I use “Honestly..”, “Frankly..” or “Literally”. Someone once pointed out that it makes people think: “You’re only now being honest with me?” 6 months ago

This bothers everythang out of me. Every time I am talking to my step dad i will say one of these and he will count. I dont do it as much while I am talking to him because you know its annoying. 14 months ago
