im a 23 years old and i just had a baby 6 months ago and i have gain over 60 pounds since the pregancy now i have decide to try the special k diet my first day was yesterday jan. 4 2008 but i can’t really say how i feel yet but the ceral and the drinks and the bars are great i feel a little bit i just have to get more focus but i will see and two weeks
I love the cereal, I’ve been eating the vanilla almond kind. the boxes have coupons for free bars so the first time I got a meal bar and it was the best tasting diet bar I’ve ever had. I tried a breakfast one, and tomorrow will try to get a peanut butter snack bar. They almost taste too good…and I think they should put more fiber in them. I think the diabetic ones I’ve had have had more. Because besides all the good it does for you and helps with weight loss, for every gram of fiber I can take away a gram of carbs :) Anyway, I have a bad habit with cereal and I end up eating like a box a day so this defeats the whole purpose of the diet doesn’t it! I can’t help it I have to suppress my appetite and even when I’m not hungry I am bored or sad and I have to eat. I guess it’s better then eating potato salad or cake or soemthing like that.
