move back home

This week went by fast!

Husbands immigrant visa approved. Baby’s citizenship in order. Tickets bought. I’ll be home in 8 weeks!

moved back into my parents home until i can find a job closer to my home. found a great little place that I love! Feels good to avoid all of the drama i had no control over…. cried for a few days.. now i am over it!

I really want to move back home after I am done with school. I’m a bit nervous as I haven’t lived back home for a long time, and I’m uncertain of the job market, etc. But, I want to do it, and I am positive that things will work out and I will find my happiness.

After over 6 months of living in this blah of a place they call Macon. I’ve decided to move back home to Augusta until I know where I’m going to be serving for Americorps (hopefully Alaska)

I moved alot of my stuff when I had to leave my apartment after I was laid off. I rent a room now and I have stuff in the storage unit at my old apartment

But Istill have some things to do:

- rent a uhaul
- pack my winter clothes
- clean the room
- clean out my car so I can pack some stuff
- turn in my resignation to my job
- forward my mail

I honestly miss my hometown.

I really can’t explain this… but it’s something I need to do.

I want to move back home to Vancouver so badly! I’ve been living in Edmonton for almost 9 months and I still don’t like it here. I like my job and my pay(!), but I’m willing to give that up to be back home with my family, boyfriend, and friends. I also miss the ocean, the trees, the mild weather…I’m planning to stay only 8 more months…how do I survive!!

I am about to get on road. Tonight is the night that I move back home :-)

Rather than leaving my current job, I will be able to work from home for awhile. The nice thing is, I will be able to move away again in a couple of years. I am moving Friday of next week, but I will be keeping duel residency for awhile>
