Trashcan Fashionista is living it up!
I have to post pictures of this thing. It’s kind of ugly and I’m embarrassed of it. I want to see if I can revamp it into a nicer quilt. THEN I will post pictures :)

You will not be the death of me, quilt! And you are actually turning out quite nice. Pics soon.

I have 14 days to finish my quilt! I better get on with it. I found the quilt again and I actually added t-shirts to put on it. I just need to cut the squares, sew them together and then sew a backing on it! I can do it!

I’ve been making this quilt since high school graduation. That was seven years ago. This one’s long overdue.
It’s going to be such a conversation piece when it’s finished. I can’t wait. I should just make it my next personal challenge!
I started this quilt a long time ago, probably 6 years. The deal is I have spent a lot of time collecting shirts to chop up and quilt together. I have made progress in that I have finally cut the designs off the fronts and backs of all the shirts, and gotten rid of the excess fabric. I now have a nice little stack of squares and rectangles calling me to stitch them togther. I’m waiting on my apartment to materialize…<3
