I was in Boston visiting a friend and everybody asked if I was going to see Fenway while I was there. Clearly Boston people love their baseball.
The decision to watch a game was sort of last minute and we didn’t arrive until a few innings in, but the Sox did beat the Yankess that night. It was a good time. 5 years ago

My roommate won tickets, so I’m going this Friday! We’ll get there a little late, but I don’t really care. Yay! 6 years ago

Fenway is simply the best place to see a baseball game in my opinion. The atmosphere was electric. The fans are in the game until the last out. You can’t beat it. 7 years ago

We’re huge Sox fans here. (could you guess?) We’ve gone twice this year. My neighbor got us tickets from people he works with that weren’t able to go (on Mothers Day and my birthday) My son is obsessed with everything baseball so it was so great to see him experience Fenway for the first time. We sat in the right field bleachers and the first game we saw he caught (well, he actually scrambled on the ground for) two baseballs that Johnny Damon threw up to the kids!! Priceless… 7 years ago

I’ve done this but not recently. It is very expensive and lately tickets are hard to get, but it is definitely worth going. Fenway is such a cool place. You can take a tour 7 days a week as long as it isn’t week 3 hours prior to game time. 8 years ago

It’s a great place to see a game – all seats are close. I miss you, Citgo sign! 8 years ago

I was on the monster seats last year to see the Orioles and the Sox. If you can, sit up there because you truly feel like the king of baseball. Also, you’ll be shocked at how small the ballpark is. Overall, do it, and sit in the monster seats. It’s a great place and a great city. 8 years ago

then you’ll love Fenway! Suburbanites frightened of the big bad city, frat guys in groups of 20 and stupid blond bimbos in Pink B hats-all while the cheap beer flows and the game drags on for hours. Just go to Boston Beer Works after a game (if you’re suicidal) to experience “the magic”. 8 years ago

My roommates and I plan to do this in the spring. I also want to see the Red Sox play in Yankee Stadium, and kill the Yankees. 8 years ago

I’ve seen two games at Fenway: once when I was only about ten, and once a few years ago when they played the Yankees. We sat about fifteen or twenty rows behind home plate and I still feared for my safety when he threw the ball.
As a Mets fan, I have no great love for the Red Sox, but I rather enjoyed seeing them beat the Yankees in person. Now I can root for Pedro for (hopefully) the next few years or (I suspect) until his shoulder goes for good. 8 years ago
