paperfaerie speeding up destiny
I am being commissioned to make not one but two fire screens, which is exciting. I think I will start these projects soon. I have also decided to take Resistant Materials as my second subject for my Design and Technolgy PGCE, so this project is ideal for this. The only problem here is my lack of a woodworkshop to make the frames, I could go in and ask the lovely techy at uni, but he looked rather stressed the last time I saw him, plus I do have a huuge crush on him which I am trying to get over, so that may not be a good idea.
Does anyone have any ideas where I might be able to make my frames? Alternatively I could get them made but that would put the cost of the screens up and seeing as they are for friends I’d like to keep the costs relatively low.
