    Meh, I did some yoga yesterday, but it’s not a habit.
    I do try to walk places more, so that’s a start.

    I have been running more lately, but not consistantly.
    I need to make this a habit and stop giving myself excuses.
    Everytime I feel crappy/tired, I need to exercise. Even if it’s just for 15 minutes or just doing yoga.

    been going to yoga regularly. I need to stop making excuses for not going to MAC.
    Go walking/biking every weekend and just loiter around, take pictures, write.

    What I really need to do is come up with a schedule. If I at least take a walk and do anaerobic stuff everyday, that’ll be a good start.

    Also start practicing taekwondo.

    Tomorrow I’m going to fix the bikes up, so that’ll be good.
