so, i’m eating healthier now, i’m doing physiotherapy to improve my posture, i’ve reduced my caffeine and sugar intakes. pretty good for 30 days.
things that must be done in the next 30 days:
- take better care of my teeth
- find a better birth control method

i’ve done some improvements but there’s still a lot to do. i’ve found out that the deep check up i thought i needed is not gonna be necessary since most of my health problems are due to emotional problems. i’m not gonna see a shrink right now, i’m gonna try out some other things. these things i still need to keep in mind:
- eat healthy, nutritious and balanced meals
- exercise
- improve my posture
- take better care of my teeth

i’ve finally got a check-up. i’m still waiting for the results. i know most of my health problems are psychosomatic. my health is fantastic, except for my mind.

i feel myself a lot healthier already. I’m drinking a lot more water now, eating better and not feeling depressed anymore, what used to affect my whole body before.

since i’ve realized that my health and what goes on inside of me is the most important thing to consider, i’m putting my health and the way i take care of myself in first place. first i’m gonna heal myself of years of negligence and then i can start to be a healthy person.

i plan on exercising and eating right, i really want to loose some weight so i can do a sport next year, its all starting today. i ate a salad (:woo!! and tomorrow im going to go running at 6am i hope it all works out im staying away from junk food and soda to. its all part of the whole renewing myself process im doing in my life right now along with like 1,000 other things
