It’s about taking care of myself. “nothing seems to work if the kitchen doesn’t work.
I get overwhelmed at nite, and lazy and i don’t want to go to the supermarket.
I made a salad this morning. I have fruit, and I will juice before I go to work. I need something to go with the salad. I have fish maybe I’ll take that. I should get walnuts and raisins to go in my salad.l
The thing is you have to plan it out!

“If you’re not working on your ideal day, you’re working on someone else’s.”
- Marjorie Blanchard
Planning is so important. When I have a plan for what I’m eating, I can go about my day knowing I’m taking care of myself, and doing my work, being a healer and a peacemaker, serving. When I don’t take care of myself, and I have to hunt around for food at 1:00 when I’m already two hours past needing something to eat…I get stressed and I get out of control and angry with the people who need me. Yet I feel confused when I have to plan,....or I just don’t take the time…I don’t prepare. I’ve been wanting to work on managing my stress….the stress has caused me to gain 20 pounds. Part of working on the stress is saying no, and seeing myself as a priority during the day, eating properly, taking breaks, walking on days that I can which should be every day. So today I will plan tomorrow’s menu…right now.
Plus it has to be food I like.
Breakfast: Green Juice, 2 bottles of water
2 Sausage, 1 slice of raison toast
Lunch: Salad with Salmon on top
Healthy snack: Fruit Salad: Kiwi, strawberries, blueberries
Dinner: This especially needs to be prepared because I have a
big meeting.
Chicken soup (I have to make this today) spinach, a red
potatoe.
Snack: Watermelon,

To be honest I have not been doing this…I think about it but don’t follow thru. Well today I bought chicken and fish and ground turkey I am going to make several meals and put them in the freezer. In the morning I will take out what I plan to have for dinner at least. I’m still eating out tooooo much, and it’s expensive. So this is my first real effort at Planning the next day’s meals.

This is so important. I made a mistake and put it at #1 on my list, and then I thought about it, if I don’t eat properly I’m not even motivated to work on my spiritual life, my love life, my finances or social, or intellectual life. I need good food. Imagine steaming some broccoli, carrots, have some brown rice and a little fish. I’ll feel much better. And Juicing some veggies would help. This goal is an effort at me teaching myself, coaching myself daily to feed myself nutriously.
