We did a skills check and I’m on target to start this September. Until then, I am going to go back and review my Basic College Math and Geometry. That should help finish out the summer and keep my memory for how to do things in math easily.

I just need to keep reviewing and learning anything I do not know. I want to do some extra work graphing so I am more comfortable doing it… and I have to memorize my conversions. I’ve been avoiding it, but this year it is something I have to do if I am going to be ready for college chemistry.

I’ve gotten much better at word problems lately. 2009 September, I’m looking at Business Math—but doing more math that will help with Physics and any of the sciences (especially as it relates to aerodynamics) sounds even more interesting.

And today my focus is on the budget and balancing checking and credit card accounts.

Been reading up on the Pythagorean theorem and Fermat's work on the problem of proof 2 years ago

There’s this one other mathematician, about whose work Simon Singh I think has written. Yes, my memory was correct on that accont, but thank you google for confirming that Andrew Wiles was indeed the mathematician who solved a centuries’ old problem.
