I have been so busy with course work this last week or two that i haven’t been able to work out as much as I have wanted but from next week it is about to change!!

Two mile walk to the town centre and back in the cold. It wasn’t too bad, I am getting fitter I feel as it wasn’t as bad but then again maybe it wasn’t so bad because i was in such a hurry to get home because it is cold out there!!

I walked two miles this morning…to the town centre and back. It was so tiring as I haven’t been well for the last couple of days and don’t have much energy so it was very hard walking back up the hill but i did it and am pleased i did.

Today my 40 minutes was me working to the town centre and back. It’s about twenty minutes each way and it’s all up hill on the way back which is hard one my legs but I am hoping it will become easier over time. The walk is two miles in total and I did enjoy it more than I normally do as it wasn’t as hard so I must be getting a little fitter :o)

I did 45 minute workout this evening. I did the warm up and the next section of the Pump it up DVD followed by the cool down section at the end.
I found I really enjoyed it and before I knew it I had done 45 minutes which is a good thing.
There was a couple of times when I found myself totally breathless and unable to carry on for 10 seconds but I was fine and managed to do it without any major stops.
It was fun for me and I guess it’s better if it’s fun because time flys like it did this evening when I worked out!!

I worked out for 40-45 minutes today. I did the same as Monday and Tuesday and wasn’t as tired in the places I was tired yesterday. I didn’t need to stop as much which was great and I was able to put more into it. There were a few times when I did have to stop for a few seconds but the more I do this the fitter I get and the less I have to stop for which is always good.
I did find that I enjoyed it this evening and was smiling and singing along to some of the music. It was also finished before I realised!! I was so into it that when the hard part was over I was shocked!!

I did exactly the same as yesterday…45 minutes. I didn’t have to stop as much but I did have to stop a few times but I am sure the more I do this the more I can do and the less i need to stop.
I enjoyed it too and even caught myself smiling a few times during it.

I did just over 45 minutes today and enjoyed it although I struggled more than last week. I think by not doing any for four days my fitness levels have gone down a little because I had to stop more and got too breathless at a couple of points during exercise so I think no more 4 day breaks from now on… I do need to work on getting fitter anyway.
I did enjoy parts of it though!!

I am really going to go for it, this is going to be harder than my last goal that I just completed but I proved myself on that last goal and was doing more in the end that what i set myself to do so this is going to be not too much harder but it is harder and I need to push myself to be able to complete this goal.
I will probably do my working out sessions Monday-Thursday although I might work out next Sunday as I think the house will be free in the morning so if I am not too tired i will do one of my days on Sunday so I can have a day off the following week.
Wish me luck on this one, they will get harder and harder but one step at a time.
