Make more people laugh

I’ve found that there are some people who are just funny without even trying. Example: in my French class there’s some guy that made a couple jokes in the second week of school and now everyone thinks he’s the most hilarious person on the face of the earth. They laugh when the teacher even says his name. I now know that I am not one of these people. Not only do I have unfunny genes, but I’m also lacking in observation skills. That’s okay. I have other talents, and if I were funny, people wouldn’t take me seriously even if I tried to be. So I’m letting this one go.

The only people I can make laugh are my mom, my aunt and my grandmother. How boring. Everyone else just looks at me like I’m a new arrival fresh out of the institution down the road. If anyone has jokes they wouldn’t mind sharing, I would love some :)

They cheer people up and make them smile. I have all sorts of colours with nice big flowers all around the brims.

I wear one to match what I am wearing.

People smile at them, especially on rainy dreary days. They look like a breath of spring and happiness all the time.

Sometimes they make people laugh. Sometimes they are pretty outrageous, though and people just look away so they won’t laugh at me to my face.

When it’s windy I put my scarf over them and hold them in place! Right out of the 1800’s! I love it!

the kids on my bus asked me what i was going to be for halloween. ‘just look at me!’ I said!

through the whole training session. He was laughing so hard that he almost forgot to kick my ass…almost…lol.

It’s a good feeling. I ought to laugh with them more as well – I can be so stony.
