    it has taken a while, but I’m bacck up at 21 and enjoying this great start of the day. The good thing is that wheen I have very limited time, i only do 3 repetitions and complete it later ;)

    Having recovered from a hernia operation I’m ready to start again from scratch, building up, slowly, to 21 repetitions!

    Did 21 repetitions of each of the rites for the last 2 days – so I completed this very uplifting goal!
    This has made a very positive difference in my life and I will definitely continue doing this.

    (heard of a person the other day who has done the 5 rites every day for the last 10 years :) )

    on 19 april 2007. Great exerises and en excellent way to start the day. Feel energised and relieved in the midrif/solar plexus area. Have been laughing more… There is a reason for the advise to build up slowly though :-) Overdid it on the first 2 days. Starting with 3 repetitions in the first week and building up from there. I’ll consider this a completed goal when I can do the 21 repetitions of each rite.
